Melissa Nestoruk has over four years of experience in the real estate industry. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia and has experience in the valuation of over 75 properties including land, residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial. At Zonda Urban, Melissa conducts primary research on Western Canada’s new multi-family housing market by collecting sales, leasing, pricing, and rental rate data for all active projects across the Metro Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton markets. Additionally, Melissa contributes to the writing and publishing of quarterly reports such as Zonda Urban’s Metro Vancouver Multi-Family Take, Urban Development Institute Pacific Region’s State of the Market, and Fifth Avenue’s The Fifth Dimension Report.
