Kristine Smale leads the Zonda Advisory team in Florida and has over 16 years of experience in real estate strategy and market analysis. Before joining Zonda Advisory, she was a Vice President with another national real estate consulting firm where she managed assignments throughout Florida and the Southeast. Kristine also worked for two large home builders providing feasibility guidance for land acquisitions and community development. Kristine has worked for public and private REITs, as well as private investment companies.
