For over 22 years, Kimberly Byrum has worked extensively with all commercial real estate functions throughout the United States and Canada, including site selection and development, due diligence, acquisitions, property management, and asset management. Kimberly is recognized as an expert in the fields of multifamily consumer research, rent positioning, and product design. Kimberly also has a strong technical background in the market-submarket selection, econometric modeling, and revenue management.
Before joining Zonda Advisory, Kimberly worked as Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, an international global restructuring firm, in the Real Estate Advisory Services Group.
