Evan Forrest is a Senior Consultant for Zonda Advisory, based out of Southern California with over 15 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. Prior to joining Zonda Advisory, He served as Director of Planning and Research for The Atalon Group, a small boutique firm meeting the real estate needs of lenders, investors, developers, and private individuals. He was charged with performing analysis, due diligence, market studies, segmentation, acquisition analysis, and property tax review for clients throughout the United States on various residential, commercial, and recreational properties. Before Atalon, he worked for the largest private homebuilder in Las Vegas leading the market research, pricing, special projects, and working on acquisitions throughout the southwestern United States.
